Merry Christmas, friends!
Well, I've made it home for the Christmas season. I have to say that I am looking forward to the rest and company while at home for a few weeks. This is also a great opportunity to catch up on editing and posting new pics for you all to enjoy. I'm not sure at this point what the next step is once the New Year is here. I'll take this time to spend in prayer and research different options. If it is the Lord's will that I continue on this adventure, then that is what I will do.
It's been an adventure, for sure. I've seen some incredible places and met some amazing people. The growth that I have experienced over these last four months will be with me forever. I have never felt closer to the Lord than I do now. It's clear to me now that God brought me out on this adventure to draw me closer to Him. Through all the long hours on the road and a different bed almost every night, I came to trust in His guidance and comfort. He was, and is, my one companion that never left my side. I'll never forget the overwhelming blanket of comfort and peace God provided when I felt lonely and fearful.
I'm excited to learn the next chapter the Lord has written for me. At this point, I am open to whatever He needs me to do. I seriously cannot thank you all enough for your continued support and encouragement throughout this adventure. As soon as I know what the next step is, you all will be the first people to know. Please continue to check in and see what's new. I still have several sets of photos from the road that will be posted soon. Also, coming soon to my website will be a link where you can purchase any prints you've seen on my website. Once again, I appreciate your forever support and love.
Just like you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother's womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things.
Ecclesiastes 11:5
I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!
